How often should I check/change my air filter?


We recommend checking your air filter monthly. Our recommendation is to change all indoor air filters every quarter. As part of our MaaS program, maintenance as a service our experienced techinicans change your air filters quarterly.




How do I know what size unit my house should have?


Unit size depends on the layout and square footage of the space. Residential homes may be split level requiring a larger unit or even two units. We recommend contacting a licensed HVAC company. We provide hassle free, no obiligation quotes.




I can't find my air filter, where is it located?


It really depends on where the return air flows. If you are unsure call us up!




What is the MaaS program?


MaaS is simply "maintenance as a service". Our MaaS program is a custom-tailored maintenance program available to both our residential customers and our commercial clients.
